Applications for Commercial Industries.

XAct has created a suggested list of standard applications we use to provide assistance to commercial service establishments:

  • Service and Support Dispatch; urgent or typical calls are relayed to on-call service providers who assist customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Service and Support Triage; identification and triage of calls, so only urgent calls that require the expertise of a staff member are relayed. Other callers are assisted by XAct agents.
  • HelpDesk; providing technical or engineering assistance and support common calls.

Communication through multiple methods.

All of our applications are designed to provide support through multiple communications channels, such as:

  • Live Telephone Support; calls can be directed to our call center through a local, toll-free or integrated communications channel from your telephone switch.
  • Internet/Web Based Chat; assist customers through a web driven browser chat interface.
  • Email Response and Monitoring; capture and respond to email inquiries from an email address within your organization; such as helpdesk@company.com.
  • Mail or Other Marketing; help reach your target audience with direct mail marketing pieces or allow XAct to assist in your information request fulfillment.
